Positron AI announced on Sept. 10, 2026 an $875M raise comprising a $375M Series C at a $3.5B pre-money valuation co-led by NEA, Andra Capital, Atreides Management, Valor Equity Partners and Dylan Patel's SemiAnalysis Capital, plus a Series C-1 of up to $500M led by NEA and Jim Clark, for a $5B post-money valuation. Qatar Investment Authority, DFJ Growth, Cisco Investments, Naver Ventures, Hudson River Trading and Liberty Global Tech Ventures also participated, and Forest Baskett, Gavin Baker, Thomas Jermoluk and Dylan Patel join the board. The mark is roughly five times the $1B+ valuation of February's $230M Series B and funds the Asimov chip (tape-out end of 2026, production H2 2027) and Titan systems, setting a fresh primary reference for secondary pricing.
