Physical Intelligence is in early discussions to raise at least $1 billion at a valuation of roughly $20 billion, Bloomberg reported on 27 October 2026, with existing backers Lux Capital and Avenir in talks to lead. The robotics AI startup secured an $11.5 billion valuation earlier this year and has no current revenue. The talks would nearly double its valuation in months, resetting the price reference for its shares.
