Nous Research raises $90M Series B led by Robot Ventures at a $1.5B valuation to take its Hermes agent to enterprises
Nous Research said on 2026-10-07 that it has raised $90 million from investors including NVIDIA, Microsoft's M12, Samsung, Robot Ventures, Union Square Ventures, Y Combinator and Menlo Ventures, and the Wall Street Journal reported the round values the company at $1.5 billion with Robot Ventures leading. The money will fund Hermes for Businesses, a company version of its open-source Hermes agent, which the Journal said has been downloaded more than 22 million times since February. The closed round sets a priced reference valuation for Nous Research after talks first reported in July.
