Neo4j announced Neo4j GraphAware Financial Crime Intelligence on 16 September 2026, a graph-native suite for banks and insurers that covers the full financial-crime cycle from detection through alerting and investigation to decision. TechTarget reports it comes just over a month after Neo4j completed its acquisition of GraphAware, first agreed in June 2026, and folds in capabilities inherited through that purchase; Business Wire calls it the first milestone since the deal closed in August 2026 and cites Neo4j's $100m AI investment roadmap. It is the first monetisation of the GraphAware deal and pushes Neo4j beyond fraud detection into the investigation tooling market.
