Employees at Swedish vibe-coding startup Lovable have been offered the chance to sell $80M of shares between them, Sifted reported in an exclusive on 2026-10-28. The price is the $13.3B valuation set in Lovable's Series C in August. The company said 'the people building Lovable should share in what we're creating.' The tender gives Lovable shares a current secondary price reference two months after the round.

Lovable co-founder Fabian Hedin said at HumanX Amsterdam on 2026-09-24 that annual run-rate revenue has passed $600M, up from about $500M in June, and that two-thirds of Fortune 500 companies use the product, with apps built on it drawing nearly 1B views a month. Lovable raised $400M at a $13.3B valuation in August. The disclosed run-rate shows roughly $100M of ARR added in about three months.

Lovable announced on 2026-09-18 that it has acquired Sutro, the company behind the SLang programming language and a platform for generating production software. Sutro founder Tomas Halgas and three Sutro engineers join Lovable to work on making generated software easier to explain and trust. Terms were not disclosed. It is a tuck-in relative to the $400M Lovable raised at a $13.3B valuation in August 2026, but it is the company's own M&A move to bring explainability tooling and compiler talent in-house.

Lovable announced on 15 September 2026 that its app builder now works with Salesforce, so apps and agents built in Lovable run against Salesforce Headless 360 APIs and MCP servers and ship into Slack and as installable agents, with record-level permissions preserved and data staying in Salesforce. The post quotes Tyler Carlson, Salesforce SVP and Head of Product for AgentExchange & Ecosystem, and says the capability is available today; Lovable cites more than 70 million projects created since November 2024. CEO Anton Osika presented at Salesforce's Dreamforce 2026 the next day, where TNW reported Lovable at $200M ARR with employees at nearly two-thirds of the Fortune 500 building on it. The tie-up plugs Lovable into a large enterprise install base and its partner marketplace.
